Frequently asked questions

Do you offer prints or only original paintings?

Right now, I only sell original paintings, each piece is one of a kind. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs depend on your location, everything is calculated at checkout.

Can I return or exchange a painting?

Because every artwork is unique, all sales are final. I don’t accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your painting arrives damaged, contact me within 7 days with photos of the damage and packaging. I’ll work with you to sort it out, whether that means a repair, replacement, or refund.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Each painting is carefully packaged to make sure it arrives safely.

  • Local (South Africa): usually 3–7 business days.

  • International: typically 2–4 weeks, depending on customs and shipping services.

What if my painting arrives damaged?

Oh no! I know how disappointing that can be. Please email me right away with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. I’ll review it and do my best to make things right.

Will my painting look exactly like it does online?

Pretty close! I do my best to make sure the colors are accurate in the photos, but screens can vary slightly. Expect the artwork to look even better in person, more texture, depth, and detail.

Do you take commissions?

At times, yes. I open commissions when my schedule allows. If you’d like to request one, use the Contact page to get in touch and we can chat about your idea.

Who owns the copyright after I buy a painting?

You own the physical artwork, but I retain the copyright and reproduction rights. That means I can still photograph or reproduce the image for prints or promo use. Don’t worry, I’ll never sell your personal photo of the piece or use it without consent.
